About LazAgro

LazAgro is an offline-first farm management app for farmers and farm teams. Record feed, health, sales, and livestock even without internet.

LazAgro is an offline-first farm management app for farmers and farm teams. It is built for places where the mobile network drops, so you can record feed, health, sales, and livestock counts on your phone and sync them later when you are back online.

The problem LazAgro solves

Many farmers still keep records in notebooks or on paper. When a book is lost, or when a worker forgets to write something down, the numbers are gone. Even when records exist, they are hard to add up. You cannot quickly see how many birds are left in a batch, how much feed was used this week, or whether a sale was paid in full.

Some farm apps need a constant internet connection. That does not work on a farm road, inside a poultry house, or in a rural area where the signal is weak. If the app cannot save without internet, the record is lost the moment the network fails.

LazAgro was built to fix both problems. It keeps your records on the phone first, and it organises them so you can see what is happening across your farms without searching through old notes.

What you can manage

LazAgro is organised around farms and batches. A farm is a physical site. A batch is a group of animals that arrived together, such as a flock of broilers or a herd of cattle. Everything you record is tied to a farm and, when it applies, to a batch.

  • Multiple farms. One organisation can hold several farms. Owners and managers see all of them. Workers see only the farms they are assigned to.
  • Batches and cycles. Start a batch with a placed count, track it until it is closed, and see how many animals remain after sales and losses.
  • Feed. Record how many bags you bought and how many you used. The app converts bags to kilograms so stock levels stay accurate.
  • Health. Log treatments, vaccines, and follow-up dates. You can see which batches need attention.
  • Mortality and culls. Record deaths and removals so the active count stays correct.
  • Purchases and sales. Track what you bought, what you sold, who paid, and what is still outstanding.
  • Inventory. See what is in stock and get a warning when an item is running low.
How offline mode works

When you open LazAgro without internet, the app loads the last records that were saved on the phone. You can still add a feed entry, record a sale, or log a death. Those new entries are stored locally and marked for sync.

When the phone reconnects, LazAgro sends the pending records to the server. The server checks for duplicates so the same entry is not counted twice. After sync finishes, the app refreshes the numbers so every device in the organisation sees the same data.

This means a worker can record a mortality count in the poultry house where there is no signal, walk back to an area with coverage, and the record appears for the manager without anyone retyping it.

Who uses LazAgro

LazAgro is designed for small and medium farm teams. An owner can create an organisation, add farms, and invite managers or workers. Each person sees only what their role allows. Owners and directors see finances and all farms. Managers see the farms they run. Workers see the batches they are assigned to.

The app is used for poultry, cattle, and mixed farms. It does not replace a veterinarian or an accountant. It keeps the daily records in one place so those professionals, and the farm team itself, can work from accurate numbers.

What the numbers show you

Once records are in LazAgro, the app calculates simple totals. You can see how many animals are still active in a batch, how much was spent on feed and medicine, how much was earned from sales, and whether the batch is ahead or behind. These figures update as you add new entries.

The goal is not to produce complex reports. The goal is to answer basic questions quickly: how many birds are left, how much feed is in the store, and whether last month’s sales covered the purchases.

Getting started

Download LazAgro from the Google Play Store. Create an account, set up your organisation, and add your first farm. You can start recording immediately. If you already have animals on the ground, you can enter them as an opening batch so the counts begin from today.

LazAgro is free to download. The records you create belong to your organisation. You can export them if you need a copy for your own files.

LazAgro keeps farm records on your phone first and syncs them when the network returns. Download the app and start with the batch you have on the ground today.
